Return & Refund Policy
Eligibility
We accept returns or refunds only for damaged items or incorrect orders (for example, wrong item or wrong quantity shipped). Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used items, change-of-mind requests, and allergy claims are not eligible for return or refund unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
How to Start a Return or Refund
Contact us at info@elorila.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the damage or the incorrect item (if applicable)
You must submit the request within 30 days of the delivery date.
Assessment and Resolution
After we receive your request and photos, we will assess the issue and respond within 3 business days. If approved, we will provide return instructions (if a return is required), and either:
- Issue a full refund to the original payment method, or
- Send a replacement item at no additional cost.
Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item (if a return is required). Timing may vary depending on your payment provider.
Return Shipping
If the return is approved due to a shipping error or a damaged/incorrect item, ELORILA Wellness will cover return shipping costs or provide a prepaid return label when required. Please retain packaging and damaged items for carrier inspection if requested.
Exceptions and Partial Refunds
If a returned item is received in a condition not consistent with the claim (for example, opened or used when not reported as damaged), we reserve the right to refuse the return or issue a partial refund.
Exchanges
If you need a replacement for an incorrect or damaged item, we will ship the replacement at no charge once the claim is approved. If the replacement is out of stock, you may choose a refund or store credit.
