We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all products. If you're not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be in original, unused condition
  • Include all original packaging and tags
  • Not be damaged or altered
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We'll send you return instructions and a return authorization number
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@elorila.com with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
