Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM Eastern Time, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship within the United States using USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier is selected based on your destination, package weight, and the most efficient available service.

Shipping Rates

  • Free Standard Shipping: On orders over $75.
  • Flat Rate: $4.95 for orders under $75.
  • Expedited shipping options and costs (when available) are displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery is 7-14 business days from the order date (1-2 business days handling + 6-12 business days transit). These are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with the carrier name and tracking number. You can track your package directly on the carrier's website.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Damaged: Contact info@elorila.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date with photos and your order number. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.
  • Lost: Email us with your order number. We will check tracking, open a carrier investigation if needed, and work toward a resolution.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

Orders may be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that window, processing may have begun and changes cannot be guaranteed.

International Orders

We currently ship only within the United States.
